My dear friend's blog is one of my favorites to "keep up on". Her blog and her LIFE , for that matter, are great models for me. RE: her blog, (and most aspects of her life) I truly appreciate what she does, what she has to say, how she says it, and the discretion of what she chooses to say. If I had to think of a disadvantage of me "keeping up" on her blog, I would say it reminds me that I am not "keeping up" our blog as faithfully as I should.
Now, I know that this is not a life's requirement, but it is great documentation of where we are, what we are doing, and how we are living life. How many times I think, wouldn't it be sweet to jump back in time and read what kinds of things I said when I was 2 and 4? Of course, by the time Emily and Nathan are in their 30's they may have different means of documentation, that surpasses this! None the less, it spurs me on to continue with this type of creative scrapbooking.
