For my "stocking stuffer" Jeff put in dental hygiene necessities (because I asked specifically for "whiter teeth" for Christmas). I was thinking teeth bleaching from the dentist kind and he went a bit cheaper ($35) for an over the counter "do it yourself" kind. The kit is a 10-day program morning a night for 30-minutes each. You are probably familiar with them, they are strips that you put over your teeth. I was really excited to see some results but nervous because I have sensitive teeth and I tried something in the past (8 years ago) with gel and trays and it hurt my teeth (like the feeling when you put your tongue on the end of a C battery). Anyhow, I started the "strips" and the first 2 days I got through. Now, I am feeling a bit of discomfort during the day with air, hot/cold, talking...I took a break for a few days and went to 1-a-day (same results just takes a bit longer). Well, not much longer...I have used a total of 10 strips in the past 2 weeks and I was amazed at how amazing my teeth looked (especially my "fangs").
I had a young boy in my preschool class that when I asked, "what color are my teeth" he said, "yellow". I argued with him and insisted he showed me, and we went to the bathroom and he pointed out my yellow tooth (yes, just like the commercial on TV). So, I have been "aware" ever since.
OK, I are you ready...Here they are! I will start on the bottom this week. I just wanted a personal comparison (a bit of a skeptic at heart).

Jim did the same thing, by only bleeching the top set first to compare it with his bottom set. There was a big difference in 10 days. However, he still has not done the bottom set. He figures that since you cannot even see them when he smiles, why waste the expensive gel! Our Dentist thinks otherwise. For maintenance, I started using the Simply White (bottle looks like nail polish). It's awesome for areas that the strip can reach. Your teeth looks great!!!
